LICENSE, RELEASE and WAIVER (“RELEASE”) For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, you authorize Sneha Karma Foundation to make use of the written content, images, video, and/or any other materials submitted here-under, as well as your name, voice, likeness, and appearance therein, together with the personally identifying information you may provide on the connection therewith (collectively, Submission), as further described below.

1. ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’ Right to Use My Submission. You grant ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’ the right to edit your Submission in any manner, and to use and license others to use your Submission, or any portions, reproductions or versions thereof in any and all media, now known or hereafter invented (including, without limitation, television, home video / dvd, merchandising, publishing, online and mobile services), in any manner, an unlimited number of times, in perpetuity, throughout the world, with or without charge or cost to end users or other third parties. You also grant ‘Sneha Karma’ the right to use and license others to use my Submission for promotion, publicity and/or marketing of ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’ or in any other manner as determined by ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’.
2. Clearance of My Submission for ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’ Use. You represent and warrant that your Submission is your original work and that you have secured any and all rights, releases and permissions necessary for ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’ use of the Submission here-under, including without limitation those related to any people, places, music, performances of dance or music, video, photographs, graphics and/or other elements in my Submission (collectively, “Elements”). You represent and warrant that no further permissions or fees are due for ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’ use of your Submission or any Elements therein. You further represent and warrant that any statements made by you or others in the Submission are true to the best of my knowledge and that neither they, nor any Element of the Submission, will violate any law or regulation violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
3. Waiver of Right of Approval. You hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of your Submission as used by ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’, including without limitation any approval of your appearance and/or use of your name therewith or the uses to which they may be put
4. Release and Waiver; Indemnification. You acknowledge that ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’ will rely on this Release, potentially at substantial cost to it, and you hereby waive the right to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against any party relating to the exercise of the rights and permissions granted here-under. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ‘Sneha Karma’ from any and all claims arising from its use of my Submission as permitted here-under.
5. Notice of Copyright Infringement. If you are a copyright owner who believes your copyrighted material has been reproduced, posted, or distributed via this Site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please report the violation to ‘Sneha Karma Foundation’ designated copyright agent by sending written notice by U.S. Mail to:
